From the Prez - Dec 11
Well, once again we approach the end of another year. Time sure flies when you’re driving a Mustang! As we approach the final days of the year, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support of Mustangs Northwest throughout 2011.
Elections for the officers for 2012 were conducted at the November General Meeting, and I am pleased to announce that you elected the following club members:
President – Mike Godwin
Vice President – Terry Green
Secretary – Chris Sherburn
Treasurer – Debbie Moore
Membership Chair – Deana Couture
Please offer them your congratulations and thank them for all the work that they will be doing for us throughout the next year.
We will be holding our election for 2012 Board Members at the December General Meeting. Please attend and vote for club members that you would like to fill the seven open Board Member positions.
There will be no General Meeting in January, as we will hold our Annual Banquet on January 14th in lieu of the meeting. William Smallwood III has planned a great event for us to enjoy. The surprise banquet location will be announced at the December General Meeting! I can tell you that the two competing locations for the banquet are places that we have not been to before and both of them would be great (we want to give you the best venue we can afford). I hope to see you there!
The next meeting of the 2012 Roundup Committee will be held on Monday, December 5th at 7:00 PM at the Woodinville Roundtable Pizza. I encourage you to attend and participate in our efforts to continue to make Roundup “the world’s largest annual gathering of Mustangs”.
